Hard to believe it's already been two months. It felt like we started yesterday.
Bob and Kim spent the weekend. We plotted and planned. We settled on the location of coop #1. We felled a downed tree and cut it into manageable parts. We investigated and discovered new areas of the Croft, all the while trimming as we went. We freed our first tree of root-stock - growth from the root graft -- and we are happy with the results.
We chatted with Steven about cattle on the Croft.
Liam and Melanie came to visit. They brought jam. We made a big salad, and two Croft Rye Sourdough loaves.
